- The exhibition organization and the Event Services team are always at your disposal and are happy to help you during the set-up, the event and the dismantling.
- Do you use the Easyfairs stand construction? Then as an exhibitor you will receive a completely assembled, finished and cleaned stand unit : floor surface, walls, frieze with name, lighting by duo spotlights and floor covering.
- During your participation, you and your relations can make free use of the catering on the various terraces on the exhibition floor.
- Plenty of parking in our car park. Depending on the package, an exhibitor receives an X number of parking tickets. Need extra parking tickets? This is possible for € 5 per vehicle.
- Prior to your participation, the Elektro Vakbeurs organization offers you various marketing resources to promote your participation in the exhibition.
- Free Invitation Service : 65% of the visitors come in through Easyfairs Invitation Service. Save all the time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend for such an invitation card! Your company name is mentioned in the invitation. This way it is clear to your customer that you are personally inviting him / her. Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database will not receive a postal item, but an e-mail with a unique registration code.
